I have no idea what you are trying to say, but from your last sentence, I am going to say that almost NOBODY is fat because of their DNA. They are fat because they eat too much and don't move enough.

post your diet and see what advice you can get. and if you get none then look to other posts using the "search" function. you need to find your daily calorie requirement and eat at a deficit. its really that simple but make sure you are using quality foods to accomplish this. continue to get plenty of protein. eat right, run fast, lift heavy. its not rocket science but it definitely takes that kind of dedication. only one week doing your new routine? its gonna take longer than that for "noticeable" results. and remember, the majority of your results will be made in the kitchen. good luck to you!!

No. Think of how much time a week is. It is less than 2% of a year. It's basically nothing.

Looking for week to week progress is going to do nothing but drive you up a wall. Going month to month will see much more noticeable changes.

Thank you man! it putts things more in perspective.
I always see result with muscles in weeks but yeah as you guessed the results are more like a preview of what will come and not the 100% change itself.

I am also a little impatience because back when i was younger AND more metabolic i would become skinny by doing some workouts and i would complain on NOT having a stomach hehe.
i Guess i still dont want to go back to that skinny person but to a middle ground and i hope i can achieve it now.

Yes, give it time buddy. As long as your intake is lower than what you are burning, you will see progress.

his english isn't good. he's trying to say that he thinks he was destined to be fat, based on his genetics, which we both know is just a lazy man's excuse.

As everyone said, you have to give it time. You did not get in your current condition in one week, so you can't expect to change it in a week.

You can post up your actual diet if you want some help. It's very common to overeat your needs and not even know it. Some times people under report on purpose, other times it seems subconscious that they do it. Even if you are eating "clean/healthy" you can still hang around the same weight and even gain if you are overeating.

and please, have some confidence! Don't be so hard on yourself. You should change your username to something more positive and motivational! Believe in yourself and keep with it!

actually he did get what i was saying. i thought that was exactly the only part he DID understand the first time.

My English is good but i am not very good at spelling

Look . your negligence outweighed my spelling mistakes. <

Hey man ! thats great!
it was not long ago i told myself all that and you just forget .
my favorite is this which you said

" You did not get in your current condition in one week, so you can't expect to change it in a week."

this must be the best quote on this matter however when your working out hard again like i am now you tend to forget and you see the wall .

thanks for the encouraging words i will need this post to read and lol get more confidence .

Still keep me posted i still read this post.

if you got some good success story of how you were in my situation and did it that would be a very good booster also! ..

I will try to add my diet as soon as i have more detailed time.
