ok now that ive got ur attention im just lookin for some diffrent exercises to do in the gym today. i took a week off and i dont wanna get into the same old boring routine that ive been doing for the past 6 months so what kind of chest ab and tri exercises could i do to mix it up ...hopefully get a lil muscle confusion. i normally did some 5x5 bench,2 sets of db press 3x20 push ups 3x10 dips 3x10 tri ext 3x10 skull crushers 3x10 weighted crunches and some oblique exercises. what can i do to mix it up? sorry bout the title...had to do it.

cable: tricep pushdown, reverse tricep pushdowns, v-bar attachment pushdowns, one-arm pushdowns, skull-crushers, close-grip benchpress.I IZ HUGE
