Smile I saw the new Bull Worker on TV...

Last night. It is called the ISX something or other. When it came on the first thing I thought was "that is the Bull Worker." Exact machine, different name. Anyone ever use on of these before? Just curious.

Heres a link to the book on the thing pretty neat advertising copy with some info in it:

http://www.sandowplus.co.uk/Competit...rker-intro.htm

Essentially it is a good tool for a full body isometric training workout. If you are interested in this type of training there is quite a bit of information out there, it can be a usefull part of your training regime but it is only a part.

Heres an isometrics course using a power rack and normal barbell:

I dont know what you are talking about the Ab lunge does exactly what is was designed for. That is to take peoples money to be nothing more than a chair, which i might add is comfortable.
