Well I went to the clothing store today and 32" jeans FIT ME NOW
May 1st I was too big for my 38" jeans.
I have gone from 220 LB with 38" jeans to 194 LB with 32" jeans.
I still think I can cut alot more weight - going to post my diet for critique shortly! Just thought I'd share the good news.

Can relate to the excitment - since March of this year I've gone from a 38 waist (230 lbs) to a 29 waist (167 lbs.). Great work.
