    Milestone today!!

    Well I went to the clothing store today and 32" jeans FIT ME NOW

    May 1st I was too big for my 38" jeans.

    I have gone from 220 LB with 38" jeans to 194 LB with 32" jeans.

    I still think I can cut alot more weight - going to post my diet for critique shortly! Just thought I'd share the good news.

    I have gone from a tight 38 to a loose 38 from 224# down to 205#, but no where near your waistline.

    Any pics of the waist?

    Hey, congrats, I know the feeling.

    It was amazing that in my mid-40's I could get into a 30 inch waist.

    That certainly never happened in my younger days.

    I updated my profile picture to a pic taken a week ago. I need to get some better pics. My wife thinks I'm nuts when I ask her to take a picture of me shirtless.. so I'm on my own there hehe.

    Can relate to the excitment - since March of this year I've gone from a 38 waist (230 lbs) to a 29 waist (167 lbs.). Great work.
