Bulk or Maintain, I need your advice please...!

Hey guys, I've gained about 13lbs during the bulk (almost 2 month's) 127 to 141lbs.
But now I'm having a problem to keep bulking becuase I've joined the army, The food isn't good enough, I eat every 5-6 hours (3 meals a day pretty junky) and the worst thing is that I cant train much.

The only days I can train at the gym are: Tuesday,Friday,Saturday (when back at home), in these days I can get a proper sleeping time, food and training.

    So my question is,
Keep bulking? and If yes, how should I train?
    2 times a week? (tuesday+saturady?)
    3 times a week? (tuesday+fri+sat?)

If i'm bulking this way - should I eat above maintenance over the weekend and Maintain calories during the whole week?

Please advice, I did a good progress and gained some weight, what do you think I have to do?

    Thanks.

Nice progress but i doubt much of it was muscle as you can only gain up to 3lbs of muscle a month, sad but true.

I think you should train three days a week, don't worry about training 2 days in a row.

As for eating, i would'nt worry too much about 3 meals a day as appose to 6-8 meals a day. While it is beneficial to eat many small meals, in the long run, it won't make a whole lotta difference, suck it up because there is no way round it if your in the army.

I admire your dedication, bulking in the army is not an ideal situation.

Yeah, I'm taking whey and peanut butter for calories, but most of the calories comes from junk food (lots of fried food on the army).

Also I'm wodering how to train 3 days a row, what rotuine would be most beneficial?

You're 141lbs, so unless you're really short, try to keep bulking. No idea about army food, but eat clean as much as you can and try not to pack on too much fat

How its possible to keep minimal fat gains while I eat the same as I was eating when I trained 3 times a week?

140lbs is still skinny but with 2 training sessions a week plus eating the same i'm not sure I can avoid fat gains

Don't avoid fat gains, just don't let them get out of hand

In order to gain weight moderately I need to train well, and I have only 2 days free for the gym, and I still need a routine that would be good enough to bulk up

Still, Bulking and eating more isn't the issue, I need a routine that suits my workout days (Tuesday+Saturday OR Tuesday+Friday+Saturday) and will make best results.

I don't think eating ****LOAD of food and training 2 days a week without a good routine will make a good progress.
