Arite guys i gave up i got so frustrated i went back to my old eating ways.not good
today im going to start from scratch i know i wreaked havok on my insulin levels but i gotta deal with it.
So todeay starts day one... I just ate sausage with cheddar chees for breakfast for lunch im bringing a cn of tuna beef jerky and a plain grilled chicken breast to work..
Ill keep you guys updated, and let you know of my progress.
