I'm looking for ideas that would give me a post-workout shake of three parts carbohydrates and one part protein. The one part protein being a 33g scoop of powder...
What would you add to it, to get a nutrient balance like that?

Use to take a tub of oats and grind it in the blender until its powder. Throw that in with your protein, and take you some fruit. Also you can throw some powdered milk in there as well if you have a bland protein.
