Pretty sure that's not a chopped pic. He did his annual article and pictoral in Iron Man and that pic was included. That pic is also avail on his site. He supposedly gets into 'condition' annually. He looks good especially for mid 60's. He was either 64 or 65 when that pic was taken.

I think it's chopped. Here are two videos with Zane, one from the 90's and the other one more recent, and in none of them his arms, delts, calves arent's as big as in the photo and he doesn't have the same separation on the legs. Just because he has some photos on his site and in magazines it doesn't mean that they are real. People are always quick to down Frank Zane, saying he was the size of an underwear model n he was skinny n blah blah blah. Just because the guy didnt walk around looking like a bloated mass monster doesnt mean he wasn't great. I love the freaks in BB but Frank earned his olympias just as much as the next. zane is awesome, but there are too many delusional people who think they are bigger than him just because they are covered in fat and have 30% water weight
i say to them - cut fat and drop water, lets see what will remain
if zane decided to go bloat way, he would be much bigger, but he have unique PERSONALITY (not identity crisis like so many people)
he knows what HE likes, and what HE wants to achieve
and that made him LEGEND
hundreds years from now, people will remember Zane as one of all time greats

that video is shot after lee priest won 3 mr australia titles which means around 1991
which means zane is 49 years old there - and looks great for his age
he has his own private gym where he trains people ($$$).
he is located in la mesa CA (san diego county)
