As some of you may know, in addition to hitting the gym, I like to hit the kitchen on occasion and do some serious cooking at times. But I don't just whip up Macaroni and Cheese or anything like that. My main focus is creating healthy, high-protein recipes that are a delicious way to make you feel like you're deviating from your diet when you're not.
But with school, I don't have time to keep up with all the cooking I'd like to do. So this is where the promo comes in. I'd like you guys to come up with a recipe using ALLMAX ISOFLEX - CHOCOLATE MINT SUPREME. Everyone raves over our Peanut Butter Chocolate, but all of our other flavors are awesome too.
THE RULES
1. Come up with an original recipe with ALLMAX ISOFLEX - CHOCOLATE MINT SUPREME as a main ingredient.
2. Do NOT use a recipe that is in my Bodyblog or on our site already.
3. Make it TASTY! I'll consider it a bonus if you have pictures/videos/taste tests.
4. Be original! This can be anything your heart desires, from a simple breakfast shake to a decadent dessert.
5. The recipe should reflect AllMax Nutrition - something that is high-quality, innovative, and delivers results.
THE PRIZES
As CHOCOLATE MINT SUPREME is an underrated flavor, I'm going to share it with you guys...so depending on the number of entries, I'll be giving out 2-3 2lb tubs of ALLMAX ISOFLEX - CHOCOLATE MINT SUPREME to the members with the best entries.
AND - Winners will have their recipes posted on AllMaxNutrition.com!

Protein Fudge Bars
7 scoops (2 1/3 cups) of Almax Chocolate Mint Supreme
1/2 cup melted margarine or butter substitute
4 ounces cream cheese: reg or low fat kind
1/2 cup chopped walnuts: optional
Melt the butter and cream cheese. Mix in the Protein. (This will be stiff and hard to stir.) Add the walnuts if wanted. I prefer nutless fudge...lol.
Place the mixture in a greased bread pan. Cool. Cut into 8 servings.
Per serving: 17.5 grams protein, 2.5 carbs
Chocolate Mint Cream Frozen Desert Shake
2 1/2 cups crushed ice
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 can or bottle diet soda of your choice: preferably cream soda, Diet Dr, Pepper works good too.
1 scoop of Almax Chocolate Mint Supreme Isoflex
Combine ingredients in blender in order shown and blend until ice is completely crushed and incorporated. Continue to mix until desired consistancy is reached. Top with whipped cream if desired and enjoy.

Nom Nom Muffins
3 eggs
2 cups splenda
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups grated zucchini
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
1.5 cups ALLMAX ISOFLEX - CHOCOLATE MINT SUPREME
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease or line two 12 cup muffin tins with paper liners.
In a large bowl beat the eggs. Beat in the splenda and applesauce. Add the cocoa, vanilla, zucchini and stir well.
Stir in the flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg. Mix until just moist.
Pour batter into prepared muffin tins filling 2/3 of the way full. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool on a wire rack. Store loosely covered.
Taste : 8/10 (good tasting, very chocolatly and a slight hint of mint)
Teaxture : 7/10 (a little tougher than most muffins because I substiuted oil for applesauce and don't omit the zucchini because it helps moisten the muffins)
Each muffin contains approx. 10g of protein
Please note that this recipe was done in Calgary (3200ft above sea lvl and dryer climate) if you are at sea lvl/humid climate pls add another 1/4 cup of flour for a better consistency.Fate can f*** off and Karma can suck it....do what's right for you!

Simple & delicious almond butter chocolate-mint hot cocoa:
8oz milk (I like skim)
1 scoop chocolate mint whey
1 level tbsp creamy, unsalted almond butter
1 heaping tbsp cocoa powder
2 packs Splenda
Measure and add milk to a small pot. Set heat to medium-low. Once the milk is lukewarm, add whey, cocoa powder and almond butter. Stir frequently until powder is dissolved and almond butter is melted. By this point it should be hot enough to sip and savor.
I've tried this recipe with other chocolate-mint wheys and they all came out banging. Great for curbing a sweet tooth on cold, winter nights.

Caramel ISOFLEX Frappuccino
So I'll keep it simple. I like to Add ISOFLEX to my morning coffee it's a great way to get my protein and caffeine in one glass. Sometimes I try to make something different if I have time on a cold lazy Saturday morning, here is something that I did one of the mornings.
1 1/2 cups cold coffee (pick your choice, brewed or instant and what ever brand you like)
1/2 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons sugar free caramel syrup
1 Scoup or 1.5 scoups depending on your taste preference of Vanilla ISOFLEX, (I only tried vanilla flavor, but I am sure chocolate or Chocolate Mint Supreme would go great with this recipie too)
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon dry pectin
3 cups ice cubes
Combine the coffee, milk, ISOFLEX, sugarfree caramel syrup, pectin, and cocoa in a blender and mix on medium speed for 15 seconds to make sure that ISOFLEX mixes well, Although I never had clumps with ISOFLEX.
Add ice, then blend on high until smooth and creamy. Stir with spoon if necessary to help blend. Top with light whip cream and add a little bit more of caramel on top of whip cream.
There you go tasty treat on a lazy cold weekend day.
