Starting my EC stack tomrrow.question about caffine.can i take flax seed oil with it?

im going to start the dosage listed here

can i drink green tea while im on EC?
also it says that u have to start with 100mg caffine. i bought the 200mg, but dont have a pill splitter, would it make a difference ifi take 200 instead of 100 in the begenning?
would it be better if i take it empty stomach?

i drink green tea with ec it doesnt have that much caffeine and dont worry about the dosage just start with 25 mg of ephedrine and 200 mg of caffeine once a day and move up to 3 a day as your tolorence goes up
trying to build rep new to these forums have done a lot of research
