Afternoon snack
50g nuts
Protein shake (ON whey 100%)
Postworkout shake
ON whey 100% + teaspoon of glutamine powder
Dinner

add in 3-4 egg whites to your first meal and remove maybe 1 normal egg.
lunch seems is good could add 1/2 a broccoli in there
maybe get some canned chicken/tuna maybe 130-150grams instead of shake for afternoon tea
Dinner looks fine aslong as its 200grams+ of meat
Pre bed low fat cottage cheese is the way to go
Wait untill you see some decent fat loss results before you use the hydroxycut imo
Good luck

i cant use eggwhites for a couple of weeks because woolworths stopped selling them so im waiting for my shipment from the supplier.
i have so far lost 6kg's of fat whilst eating like this. but it has seemed to slow down alot. the past week i have stayed the same weight (74kg's) and today i am 75kg's so im a little bit worried
gonna try other places for eggwhites

Actually looks pretty straight man, plus you said you have been seeing good results so I would not change a thing till it's needed.
Weights would definitely be a big plus too for you.

Why?
He is at 1500-1700 calories, if anything that might be too little.
I would make sure to eat that cottage cheese at night, good slow digesting protein keeps your muscles fed overnight.
As long as your lifts don't go down and you're not feeling crappy just stick with what you're doing, it looks like its working well for you.

i dont actually know what turkey bacon is to be honest lol. but it looks and tastes like bacon and has 1.5g fat per serve as opposed to normal bacon which has 20g of fat per serve.
would it aid in the fat burning process to start taking hydroxycut hardcore? i reckon i only have 5 - 10kg's till i get decent abs

Don't waste your money on Hydroxycut. Start lifting, eat in a deficit of 250-300 calories...you"ll see those abs soon enough.

That is about the right amount of cals. You could reduce them a little later, if your fat loss slows down. I like to eat even less on some days, if I am not as hungry. I wouldn't eat less then 1200 though, bc I couldn't get enough protein and fat otherwise.
I wonder if the kangaroo tastes like deer.

Turkey bacon is bacon made out of turkey, because usually bacon is made out of pigs.
I think the equivalent of Kangaroo meat in America is Buffalo meat. They have almost no fat either and 22g of protein per 3 ounces.
Very expensive though.
I like to eat Elk, Deer and Buffalo.

How could you eat Skippy lol?
I never knew Woolies sold kangaroo or egg whites for that matter! Which store are you buying them from?
It would be great to hear how you prepare the meat at home- I found kangaroo to be pretty tough and tasteless in the past.

it taste like steak just more raw because you cant make kangaroo well done for some reason. so yeah its pretty much just like steak. only differences is the macros and the smell when you cook it. to be honest it reaks when you cook it. i turn my fan on full blast. smells like your cooking roadkill or some****

unlucky dude. kangaroo is cheap asssss. its about 5 dollars for 500g which lasts me 2 servings whereas a porterhouse is usually 5 dollars for 250g

Haha, Kangaroo reaction from o/s is awesome. Lol at the skippy pic too. I am jumping on the bandwagon, didn't know the nutritional stats were so impressive for Kangaz. Also so annoying i find out they SELL egg whites when they are dis-continued....
PS- Hydroxycut = ex$y/lazy. Pump out some cardio, will help with overall training, lifting etc

Have almost the same kind of diet (very similar, but more fruits, more chicken or meat, no bacon nor nuts). for the very two weeks did not use any fat burners, but started using them on monday of last week (lipo 6x). The first day felt like crap, but the second was ok. Just follow carefully the instructions.
It's really working for me. Loose some appetite and makes you sweat a lot. As somebody else say (and think you will start next week) lift heavy so you do not loose muscles. I know cardio can be boring, but i wouldn't cut it, as they help your deficit go higher (just 1 o 2 x a week would not kill you).
good luck bro
