Excess protein?
If you have excess protein that is not needed for cellular turnover, ketosis, or gluconeogenesis, your liver will strip the amine group from the amino acid, convert that to ammonia and then urea, and excrete it. The remainder of that amino acid, the COOH group, will be stored as a carbohydrate.
True? Or do you just sh it it out/pee it out...
I don't really know how much I weight the weighter i my gym is a pieace of crap, so idk// should I just continue eating extra protein? Or add everything up?
or
Has anyone ate then usual for there body and had no prob?

No, he asked whether it is just eliminated from the body , or whether it is also stored as energy.

You pretty much do the first thing.
And go ahead and eat protein. It won't hurt someone your age.

meh not really, its a lot harder to store protein as fat compared to the other 2 macro nutrients.
also OP, stop being OCD about this and making it into something it isnt

Like I said excess calories are stored as adipose regardless of what they are. It doesnt matter how hard or easy it is, fact is if not used it can be stored.

Who cares, just eat it. I hit 800-900g some days with ease, and I had my blood/liver checked and the doctor said it was all good
