in case you haven't been following the beezy saga, he had staff infection about a month and a half ago and the knee is still pretty tender. squats have been feeling good lately however every now and then the knee has been giving him trouble. And to be honest, beezy's bench is no where near were it needs to be competitive. so for now, he is just going to hit a deadlift comp and look forward to next year.

You mean staph infection...that's nasty stuff. I had that myself after gashing my shoulder when doing some demolition work...nasty infection.
Have you been working on strengthening your knees again to get them back into shape? You have the capability to do some serious squats...also work on getting your bench press up there.
And the best of luck at the meet...hopefully a miscer will show up to watch you lift

Staph infections are serious business man I'm suprised your strength will be back up to a level where you're confident enough to compete already...
I've had 3, the first one was TERRIBLE was in the hospital for weeks and out of lifting for months and lost months and months of gains.
Now I can kinda tell when I'm getting one and get it dealt with early (much less recovery time) but it stilll drains all energy strength from me...
Kinda feels like you have mono.
Good luck though bro!

that is the other problem, bigbeezy doesn't feel like he is ready to compete, or at least he is not at the level that he was 3 months ago before he caught the staph infection. however, beezy was supposed to deadlift in september however he was in a hospital bed. so he is not really doing this to win, although he might, he is doing it just to make up for having the infection. he promised himself to do one more competition before the end of the year, and this is it.

the amount of weight you dl @ 220 is ****ing terrible to even consider competing.
its truly sad that the only thing you say you're good at, you're actually terrible at it compared to competing standards.
