Once I started drinking about 3 gallons of water a day I would get some bad diarrhea. When I lowered my water intake to about 2 gallons a day, everything returned to normal. Can drinking too much water or drinking it too fast cause you to have diarrhea?

3 gallons is a bit much bro, especially if it's from the tap that's a good dose of all kinds of chemicals from the water treatment.

wow, I can barely hit two gallons, and that is when I'm pushing to drink a ton of water.
I usually drink a gallon.
but yes, drinking alot of water will make you use the bathroom more.

LOL at the funny responses. But seriously I've been drinking alot of water(atleast a gallon a day) for a couple months now and can easily down two gallons with ease. I do take a piss like clockwork though LOL, about once every half hour or so. I do not drink filtered water, I just buy 3 gallon jugs of poland spring and drink them throughout the day.
Has anyone gotten diarrhea from drinking too much water? Am I the only one lol? Has anyone ever drank that much water in a day?
I'm currently on a cut. Doing keto and running Mito with Lean Xtreme. Also started a White Flood/Green Mag/Glycergrow/PurpleWraath/Blue Gene stack LOL Because of this I'm very concerned about dehydration....
I'm starting to think that 3 gallons is overkill and that 2 gallons will be fine. Not sure though...

well yea i'm almost positive its the 3 gallons of water causing my diarrhea. Once I lowered the intake to 2 gallons I was fine. Then I increased it once more and had diarrhea again....

I EASILY drink 2-3 gallons of water a day between just plain water and tea. The more the merrier imo, but if it makes you sick, by all means stick with 2 gallons.Originally Posted by greekmanman
