Legs are sore as hell, but still wanna hit the gym tomorrow
Had a very intense hockey practice today (intense warmup + lots of skating) and my legs are already sore (practice finished 1 hour ago) . Since I have a 5 hour gap tomorrow between classes, I might as well go to the gym and do something. What do you guys suggest?
I was thinking riding the bike for 30 min., kinda like to loosen the legs up, do a bit of stretching, mobility work for the hips and legs and that's it.
Advice?
Thanks a lot guys!
