Personal best squat today brahs!
Well I really don't know how much I can squat and I have been hitting 315 x 10 for my last set for a few weeks now. I feel I can lift heavier so today I went for 335 and was shooting for 5 or so. I ended up getting 9 solid reps going a bit past parallel each rep. I am thinking 350 next week, what do u brahs think?
