    Low Estrogen: Joint Pain

I've been on Havoc for 2 weeks now and have started experiencing severe joint pain in my arms (near my elbow) whenever I work out (the pain is dull the rest of the time). I assume the cause is low estrogen.

Is there any way to deal with this problem, like with some version of supplemental estrogen?
    Would Glucosamine/Chondroiten help at all?

Should I even continue my cycle and expect the pain to go away? - because if the pain remains, its unlikely I'll be able to continue training, it's that painful

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks

I didn't experience the joint pain until week six but using Glucosamine can help but it will take a week or two to kick in and even then it may not help enough to lift heavy.

I agree with Glucosamine. Though I get mine from Wal-Mart I still feel the results in my recovery. I also take Osteo Bi-Flex. Again... Wal-Mart crap... But still great stuff for the man on a budget
