Going from billstarr to a split...
Okay so i'd like to go to a legs, arms, chest, back split during the week.
In what order to you do it in, and how many days per week to you train the same body area 2x or more?
Need some advice creating one, today I just did 1hr. of BBall, 5x5 squat, 3x20 calve raises
