    Creatine: Does it expire?

I had purchased some Creatine a little less than a year ago but the experiation date has rubbed off due to being in the gym bag. Does it expire and if so is it still ok to take? Will it work or do I need to purchase new creatine?

it is the Proline Dymatize Nutrition Micronized Creatine.

You might want to do a little research on creatine monohydrate and see how water affects (effects??) it over time. Water does have an eff/accect on creatine mono...

Powder loses its potency, but not in that short of a time. 3-5 years

Where have you been storing it? Temp is a factor. If you have been storing it in a hot car I'd toss it out.

Been in my room for the most part, the only time it was in my car was if it was in the gym bag and I was transporting it.
