My school's varsity tryouts are October 28-29th Ive been practicing all summer and made some good gains now its time to put them through the test. What should I do for the week before to tryouts. I want to be as explosive and energized as possible, any tips?

just get a good night sleep eat well through out the day and bust ass!!!

overtraining is the dumbest thing ive ever heard some lazy bastard came up with an excuse of why he doesnt train hard and bc laziness is contagious everyone bought in!!!
How do you know how far your body can go if you dont push it?????????
