guys I've been mixing in Yoga classes after heavy weightlifting. Is yoga better before or after workouts?
I thought yoga would be better before the weights to loosen me up but what I found is that yoga makes me tired afterwards, feel like taking a nap.
your thoughts?

I did yoga regularly for a few months. To answer your question directly, I feel it is better to do yoga after workouts. A yoga session will help you stretch the muscles you previously worked in the day. That will help ease the soreness in the next day, and you will retain and gain flexibility. If you don't stretch after a workout you will become less flexible. Yoga is perfect for after a workout because you can stretch and then have a long relaxation so you will feel rejuvenated. Those are my 2 cents anyway
