almonds
omega-3 eggs
extra virgin olive oil
sugar free natural peanut butter
these are my favorite "healthy" fats."Your dreams are always going to be the most important to you than they will be to anybody else. So keep dreaming, keep believing, keep pressing forward. So all those warriors out there – be encouraged"

Fish oil and Coconut oil are good.
But then again, so are fats from beef, lamb, pork, chicken, fish, and about any other meat you want to eat."Arterial plaque is primarily composed of unsaturated fats particularly polyunsaturated ones." (Felton, C V, et al, Lancet, 1994, 344:1195)

Fats that come as part of food. So the fats in beef, pork, chickens, eggs, fish, nuts, olive, cream, cheese, avocado, coconuts etc are all fine. Once you start extracting the fat, you have to be careful. If you are just pressing it, like with extra virgin olive oil, it's good, but once you start heat treating and processing, you are getting into bad fats. And once you start hydrogenating it, even if you end up with a "heart healthy low fat" spread, it's really bad.
65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

Macadamia nut oil is my favorite. Go through bottles of that stuff. It also has the best ratio of omega 3 to omega 6 fatty acids (I stay far away from peanut butter, insanely high in omega 6), and it has one of (if not the) highest smoke points, which means you can cook with it and still get the health benefits of monounsaturated fat, which, in my opinion, is the best fat there is.
Make sure it's COLD PRESSED...I use NOW Foods Mac Nut Oil.
