Football Player Workout
Im am almost done with my senior year playing college football. I am an offensive lineman, and i want to loose some weight. I am wondering what workout might be good to do since i want to slim down from being 255 to somewhere around 235. I do not want to loose all the weight in a short period of time, so i think by march i should be able to get down to the weight i want to be at. So any suggestions for a workout would be great, thanks.
