    Question about Bold and, any cardio supps?

    I'm joining the military in several months, but for the job I want to do I have to get in tip top shape. I started taking EQ-Plex however a week ago (800mg) , so I can maintain at least some of my mass and cut body fat. I went running today and I got a bad headache, I was wondering if this is because of the EQ-Plex? Note that I also took Day Quil an hour before also, because I'm getting over a minor cold. (I'm also taking only garlic tabs as a support supp, is this bad?) I was wondering, should I just stop with the Bold altogether or keep running it?

    Also, are there any supplements besides creatine that can help increase cardio performance?
