    Epistane caused arm pain

    Hi everyone,

2 weeks ago I began my first ever Epistane cycle. I'm running it properly, with cycle support, fish oil and Liv 52 along side, and Tamoxifen Citrate ready to go when off.

Very recently I've started experiencing a lot of pain in my upper fore arm - almost directly opposite my elbow. It feels a little like a pump - and its excruciating in the gym and milder outside of it. It only exists on my right arm. Any idea what is causing this/what I can do to fix the problem?

I've picked up some taurine to see if that will help. Any other ideas?

Fap with your left arm, um wat?

You may have a slight case of tendinitis. I have it and have started using UA Flex in addition to my OT. Seems to be helping so far. It tends to kill me the most when I am doing DB presses and preacher curls. You might have to keep it light for a little bit so it heals if that is the case.

Could be training related or dry joints as pointed out above. Have you changed your training exercise at all maybe performing deadlifts with a reverse grip?

That makes sense. Dry joints would explain what I think I'm feeling.

Anyway to address it other than going light?

Oh and I have increased my weights ALOT recently. Actually today, I got a huge Shoulder Press PR, after which my arms wanted to kill me.

If you aren't taking a multi, which you didn't mention, then get yourself some OT, you should be taking a multi regardless. It has a joint complex in it. And as I stated earlier, I added UA's Flex to my list of supps and it seems to be doing its job quite well so far.

he said COULD. nowhere did he state its automatically. he's simply stating that there is a possibility of heart problems. OP didnt post his age or any stats so its better be safe than sorry. Pain and numbness in the left arm is one of the signs of a heart attack.

Consider adding in DHEA at mid-range dose (50-75mg) for a weak source of estrogen.

Are there any other options to raise Estrogen levels, as DHEA is illegal in Canada and would be difficult to get?

Lastly, do you think I should continue the cycle at this point and expect the pain to go away?

    Thanks
