Raw foods good for digestion
Name raw foods that are great for digestion and contain good enzymes.
Why must we eat suplemental enzymes if we can get them from the raw food themselves in addition that would complete your usual meal.
So name your vegetables and raw foods and experiences.

Pineapple and Papaya bro. Make sure to eat them raw though. Pineapple has Bromelain and Papaya has Papain, which are good digestive enzymes. Unfortunately most of it is in the skin/stem, but I'm sure some is in the flesh too. Eat those two fruits and see if either/both help with digestion in any way.

they say they contain good enzyme for digestion and also are very good for the stomach because they are not processed foods wich we eat today.

sprouts are great, sprouting nuts such as almonds for 24 hours in water a 2:1 ratio helps unlock enzymes in them that aid in digestion.
all sorts of "raw foodists" advocate different sprouted raw stuff that helps your digestive system and give energy.
i personally love the way raw foods make me feel after, i tend to feel much more energized.
all sorts of fruits and veggies are good raw for their enzymes, but certain ones you do have to cook to unlock the nutrients such as broccoli, otherwise you give your body a hard time with digesting it
