Just got the can yesterday and started the hardcore cut today. Weighing in at 215lbs - 28% body fat at 5'7 .. Been going to the gym for the past month and so far have lost 30lbs and also cut out the daily McDonalds runs but wanted that extra kick in the ass.
Just wanted to know which pill was which.. they all look like skittles to me. Also are the animal cuts what they are hyped up to be? I am doing 2 5mg doses of mono creatine +2 protein shakes daily for an avg intake of 200-250g protein.

If you have the new version of Animal Cuts (all capsules) the red pill is the Thermogenic complex and the blue pills are the diuretic complex, the other complexes are not color coded.
As far as your creatine intake is concerned. One 5 gram dose will be plenty.
As you know diet and training will have the biggest impact on your results, make sure those are in check.Free Agent

Hahah .. Well a friend turned me to this website when I started to get serious. I started measuring everything and doing the dreaded count (7000cal/daily -> 1500-1800cal/daily). Diet is currently around 65-70% protein/15-20% Carb/ 10-15% fat. Hitting the gym 4days/week with 1hour lift+1hour cardio. Lately though I seem to hit a downer and need that kick to keep me going since the weightloss is no longer the extreme loss due to going from no activity to heavy.

NG has all the colors explained in the new Cuts. My best advice is to really focus on your nutrition, cardio, and training as these will yield your greatest results.
5 grams of creatine is definitely enough for a daily dose IMHO.Magnum Nutraceuticals BB.com Forum Manager & Lead Sales Representative
