Insulin causes large guts???????????

IGF-1 and Insulin cause GH gut. Send an email to every pro bodybuilder you can think of and ask them what causes GH gut, all of them will tell you it's not GH, it's not high levels of testosterone and it's not caused by eating large amounts of food. IGF-1 and Insulin are to blame.

Don't take my word for it, start emailing away and read the research that's available.

But GH causes secretion of igf-1. Obviously gh inherently on its own wont do it, but inside the human body it causes secretion of igf-1, so it does add to it.

I've emailed many pros and asked about insulin, basically I'll sum up all thier answers for you. You inject insulin and your gut gets bigger, you stop injecting insulin and it shrinks. Pretty clear if you ask me.

Surprised they admit to this sort of stuff. Normally u get the dat dere cell tech response.
