So... After my latest cycle:
Havoc 30-30-30-40
11-oxo bridged 0-0-0-0 6-6-6
cycle support 2 scoops daily
PCT Nolva- 20-20-10-10
PCS 0-0-4-4-4-4
This cylce was ran from late Jan to late april with no adverse effects
Yesterday, while running into the copying machine at work... I noticed tenderness in my left nipple.. Upon further inspection, I noticed small lumps under each nipple... Gyno!
I ordered letrozole last night hoping that I can still reverse it... I still have the nolva... should I run it to keep it from spreading, until the letro arrives, and if so, what dosing?

Run the Nolva till the letro arrives, maybe even overlap by a few days. I don't think Nolva is a good PCT for Havoc. What is? I'm not sure. But there seems to be a ton of delayed onset gyno/rebound gyno with Havoc followed by Nolva. Clomid would likely be better. Nolva blocks ER's in breast tissue better than Clomid, but Clomid blocks ER's better in the hypothalamus. Since Havoc does not aromatize, you should have no estrogen right when you come off, so blocking it in breast tissue right away is not the important thing, but rather fixing the HPTA quickly. I'd like to hear from someone who has run Clomid chime in.

if you run it with letro i would start around 40 for a week or two, then scale to 20 for a few more weeks and just keep an eye on the lumps to see if they decrease.Originally Posted by tylerdurden92

Soo... after a few bottles of letro and a bottle of nolva, it has gone away about 99%! I can still kind of feel a tiny little fat deposit where my giant painfull rock hard marble once was.
Before I noticed this issue, I was stocking up on phs... would it be dumb of me to do another cycle?

if u had problems with gyno, DO NOT (IMO) take mdrol(superdrol), and im currently on clomid right now after a havoc and tren cycle, so hopefully i dont get delayed gyno ekkkkkkkkkk

Yeah, I figured I would take the mdrol if I survived all of the other cycles with no issues... if not, I figured I could sell it for a pretty penny a few years from now...
