    power pump

    Im sure many post have been made but I did not see one but my question is should I add creatine to my prework out powerpump though it has some in it already. An employee at my gym told me i should add it to my prework out drink.

    Im taking powerpump by sports-specific.net

    I always use some type of NO2 in my pre workout drinks. You didn't mention the dosage in your PowerPump supplement but if it's on the low side, it wouldn't hurt to add some extra creatine in pre as well.

    Creatine timing won't make a difference. You don't get energy or anything from it, so any time of day works best. I personally take creatine after my workouts.
    Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!
