i reckon i'm about 12%. I'm 6 foot 1 and weigh 182lb. thanks for you help.

I'd say 9 percent. The reason is because you have no muscle on you and your low weight. Your avatar says 5-11? So which is it?

Well I got tested at 11.1 professionally on a machine. So considering the dude is leaner then me although very little muscle, I would say lower then 11 for sure. Just no definition from lack of muscle. Either way, lift hard.
