It's REVISED AND FINALIZED FINALIZED...
bulking too 200-215lbs or so,
all heavy lifts with properform
after i reach my goal im going to cut till i re-bulk next year
Look at diet/routine below...
Meal 1: 8:30am-
7whole eggs
2 scoop of Optimum Serious mass weight gainer with Banana
1 capsule multi vitamins
1 capsule of /fish oil
1handful of almonds/peanuts
Meal 2: 11:00:
Chicken 6.0z / with rice / with red beans
2 Tinned cans of tuna
Handful of almonds
1cup of water
Meal 3: 2:00pm PRE WORKOUT MEAL-
1 banana
1 cup of oats
10-20 turkey slices
1 Cup of water
1 whole wheat bagel with peanut butter
1 Serving (4 sci-caps) - Creatine Ethyl Ester
Meal 4: 5:00 POST MEAL-
2 Scoops of Optimum Serious Mass Weight Gainer
1 banana
1 Serving (4 sci-caps) - Creatine Ethyl Ester
Meal 5: 7:00 POST WORKOUT MEAL:
1 canned Moroccan sardines
1 tinned canned of tuna
1 whole wheat bagel with peanut butter
1 of microwave oatmeal
1 broccoli
Meal 6: 9:00-
Rice
1cup of red beans
Chicken 6 oz
1 Fish Oil capsules
1 cup of water
1 can of tuna
Meal 7 11:30 Pre-bed meal-

1cupcottage cheese
2 cups of milk

Looks good.. i kinda agree though im a big eater and i dont think i could even manage that. Anyway good luck i just skim read it but if you've got to much fat just have egg whites in the morning.. thats over 20g of fat just from eggs and especially if your dirty bulking you will need to watch fat gains.

I have 8-10 eggs twice a day, and I could probably stuff more down my throat.
Not too mention I have 1 1/2 cups of Oats and 1 cup of berries plus a sandwich with those eggs.
That's not too much food at all. Small people just like to say **** like that.. That's the reason why they're not bigger than they are.
Eat eat eat, and you'll be fine.

Nice one with the quantity of food. I drink serious mass and that **** is enough for me by itself for a few hours. You have my respect if you can take down 7 whole eggs and a banana with it.

This is how u bulk brah. Really nice food plan out this is at least 4000+ calories a day. U would gain serious mass if u workout properly and have lean meat Instead of the fatty ones. Just be careful that u don't put on a lot of fat instead of muscle but anyways good job!

How many calories is all of that? I would definitely lower them a bit...
Just because you are eating healthy foods does not mean it is a clean bulk. You can dirty bulk with clean foods. Dirty bulk just means you are eating way over maintenance (which it looks like you are).
