    im skinny, should i take creatine?

    im skinny and want to gain weight, sould i take creatine? i do an hour work out 4 times a week, and i take pro mass shakes. but im really skinny should i take creatine in order to gain weight?

    Creatine wont make you gain weight, directly.

    Weight gain is all about eating more calories than you burn. Creatine will just allow you to push a little more weight which may help you build more muscle while gaining weight.

    You should try to read up more on weight gaining, lean mass gaining, etc... if you understand it better you'll make much better gains.

    what about if i take creatine even on the days that i dont workout? wont the creatine become into fat?

    THIS ^ Your 17, and for now instead of focusing on creatine or any other supplement for the moment, you should be focusing on constructing a good diet and a good workout plan. When you have both of these in swing than focus on basic supplements such as protein+multi+fish oil etc.
