Im not at 10% so i cant answer
But i hear a lot of people on the forums saying they have been training hard and always in a calorie deficit
if this is the case why does it become so much harder to loose the last drop of fat
if you are burning more calories than you consume
this may be a daft question but i had to ask
the reason i havent got there is because i spen 3 weeks training hard then ill end up going out drinking one weekend which then leads to a few days not training and bad eating

"Everyone thinks they're on their way to single digit body fat as soon as they see a blurry four-pack in the right lighting.Your final body weight at 5-6% will be a lot less than what you think.Talk to me again when you get in contest shape." I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad, they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.

besides, it is really unnatural for the body to go much lower than 10% bf, apparently evolution has taught out bodies that another ice age is imminent, so we don't want to fall in the danger zone of BF%Eat Clean Snatch & Jerk

Some of it has to do with age for the older forum members. At 35+ years of age, it is harder to lose bodyfat. Not impossible, just harder. Also a lot of people are not making the necessary changes to their diet/workouts to achieve single digit bodyfat.
Then there are people like myself who could care less about being single digit.

I will agree that you can gain it back MUCH faster than you can cut it BUT feeling like crap and doubting yourself is based upon the individual. There's more than just the physical side to this fat loss game as many of us realize. You must be mentally strong as well as physically to really become one of the elite.
