Like full on lay into her with steel cap boots held her down and burned her with hot water held knives to her throat threatened he would kill her family if she told anyone or left him.. So this **** went on for a year I think maybe longer and now he is coming back to my area soon and she still has some of his stuff that he is coming to get.. I can't believe anyone would do this **** to a girl I care so much about that it makes me sick to my stomach and my blood boil I'm going to be there for when he gets his **** she has begged me not to do anything but I want to **** him up so bad.. What would you's do ?

Leave him alone unless you want felony charges, it's not up to you to sort out her past.
If he did in fact beat her as seriously as she says he did, why is she allowing him to come over? She should be mailing him his stuff or dropping it at his place when he's not home or leaving with one of his friends. Sounds like she still has feels/misses being abused/other crazy girl symptoms etc.The trouble with being punctual is that nobody's there to appreciate it.

Why would she possibly still have some of his stuff? If what she says is true, I'd be giving him NO reason to come back. She can leave his belongings at the local police station to be picked up. Inform them of the reasons.
