Potential girlfriend calls everyday...
... over the past week. I try to remain a challenge and sometimes don't pick up and call back a few hours later. I don't want to be her phone bish. To remain a challenge should I refuse to return her call every now and then?

Once a day for a few minutes is fine (a few minutes being 10-15). If she is calling multiple times a day then I would not get involved with her. She will get even more clingy after you do.
