Your 15, worring about any single muscle group is a wast of your limited mental energy. Get on a simple full body mass gaining routine and see where you are at in a few years. Then you can worry about defining an insignificant little muscle group if you want to.

Hey man. Building your serratus is straight forward, you just need to know what to do. Some excellent moves to bring out defenition in your serratus muscles are side crunches, decline alternating side crunches, left/right alternating hanging leg raises (knees bent). just fit these moves in with your ab routine 2-3 times a week, and in no time, those things will be showing for sure.

    WHAT!!!!

I don't remember anytime where, before lifting something heavy I thought to myself, lift with my serratus.

Go stand on your head and get some blood to flow to your brain.

i saw something like this on another site for training the serratus..it was like you get like you're going to do incline bench, have the weight at the top/lockout position and start extending the bar out from there like a shrug sorta thing..hard to describe you just had to see it

Young Mr. OP did not like my answer, and is now mad.

    Remember, lift with your serratus.
