hey, i recently came accross a used total gym supra pro
its flat i cant even figure out how to set it up properly (doh). anyways i dont have the manual or anything does anybody know how to use this thing? thanks guys!

thanks for the pic helped alot. i wish i wasnt so green when it comes to weightlifting i cant figure out how to do anything on that machine, i think it can do like 60 exercises? really wish i had the manual or video maybe ill ask at a fitness store to ask if i can gte one.

Just type some of the key worrd into youtube.com. I typed in "total gym supra pro" and found quite a few video's.
