Dry Mouth, Frequent Urination, Waking up to Pee/Dry mouth...
Misc doctors have any ideas? When I search the symptoms on Google I get pregnant. Since I'm a guy I don't think that is it I literally slept maybe 3 hours last night (not even sure) since I had to keep waking up to take a piss, yet my mouth was dry. (really cotton mouth type dry).

diabetes? Or maybe you have a bladder infection which is dehydrating you and so making your mouth dry.

sleep apnea.
dry mouth is from probably snoring like a train * snore is a sign of an obstruction in your airway *
and its coming for people who suffer from sleep apnea to wake up several times a night, and urinate.

edit: diabetes II and sleep apnea are very closely related. with with D II will have a 25% for OSA, and almost 60% for SDB
and if you just have Sleep apnea, 40% chance you will have diabetes... and other problems down the road for sure, like heart HBP etc

what? Say that again without any abbreviations. You are saying that if someone has sleep apnea they are definitely going to have health problems?

sleep apnea fcuks with a guy's sleep, a guy with fcuked up sleep has more health problems than a guy who sleeps really well at night and has a great circadian rhythm and sleep cycle
sleep is when you grow muscles and when your body heals itself the best, healthier arteries, better regulated hormone levels, human growth hormone and bodyfat etc.
fatter peeps are more likely to be sick than healthier people, healthy people have a way better body, more efficient, stronger immune system, better "car parts" and "engine," etc.

That's a weird combination, frequent urination ~cholinergic poisoning, but that would promote salivation; whilst something like atropine poisoning would cause a very dry mouth but make urinating difficult.
You been doing Mushrooms OP?
Also:
OSA = obstructive sleep apnea & PAP = positive airway pressure
