    cant sleep at night

    hi guys im new to the forum i have bought a bottle of nutrex lipo 6x im 19 .height 6, weight 272 pound . as i wake up 1 pm i started takin one cap emty stomach and waited 6 hours to take the other, but after three days for no reason i increased as it said on the bottle . now i take 2 at 1 pm and other 2 at 7 pm i go to gym at 4 pm. the main prob now is that i cant sleep at night at all till 8 am. this has disturbed my life very much plzz help

    Get up earlier or don't take your last dose so late. Melatonin is an ok solution, but chances are you are taking your stims too late

    try taking some GABA, ive taken it about half an hour before bed, it helped me sleep so much better. plus it may also help in burning fat.

    i love GABA, i think its an unknown merical supp.

    You realize an ingredient in Lipo 6x is:

    Caffeine Anhydrous 200mg


    You obviously are sensitive to caffeine... so you should cut back your dosage of the Lipo 6x at night or take it earlier in the day. If you wake up at 1pm then you prob don't go to sleep till 5am anyhow, right?

    And in response to people telling you to take Melatonin / Gaba / etc... that is not the solution.

    Taking more supplements to counter-act the effects of the supplements you're already taking is a bad idea. Plus the Gaba/Melatonin will slowly lose their effects after you take them for a while, you'll start needing more and more each night.

    The ideal solution is to cut back on what's causing the sleep issues (The Lipo 6x).

    You have no info listed... but what are you taking the Lipo 6x for? How much do you weigh, etc? Hard to really help you when you don't give any info out.

    Don't take that last dosage so late, take it some hours earlier because the caffeine in the lipo is causing you to stay up. Try taking it an hour before, if that doesn't work, then try 2 hours.
