Mine is usually 45min to 60min. Everything else after that is just going through the motions for me. I also want to get food/protein in me no later than 1.5 hrs after i started working out.
You never laughed with me, never went half with me.... never been through the struggle, never felt the wrath with me.

I do a pull/push/legs workout, and usually my training is about 45 minutes, but in the past i trained sometimes for an hour, but never more, because i think that training for more than an hour is not good, for the reason that scientifics studies certificate that after an hour of training the testosterone levels decrease, and this is not good for our muscle mass.

1. The term heavy is relative. Your heavy weight is somebodys warmup set. You don't HAVE to rest longer than about a minute. Keep the intensity up, and see what happens. Look up this term, "breathing squats".
2. Yes it is. When was the last time you needed to puke from the intensity of your squats?
3. work harder, rest less.
Post your routine, lets see what your doing.

I'm usually in the Gym for an hour and half for all days except bicep day that takes an hour and tricep day that I get done in 45 minutes. Thats with all rest talking included.
"Sometimes you just feel tired.
You feel weak and when you feel weak you feel like you wanna just give up.
But you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength
and just pull that s*** out of you and get that motivation to not give up
and not be a quitter, no matter how bad you wanna just fall flat on your face and collapse." -Eminem
