I normally start on leg extentions for a couple sets if I'm hitting quads before hamstrings, then do a couple light sets on whatever exercise I decide to do first.

8 - 10 minutes on the treadmill to get a sweat going. Then I do supersets of leg extensions and leg curls. By then, my legs are ready for squats and rdls.
stretching, 10 mins of cardio (usually elliptical), then 2 sets of 15 doing leg extensions

I'll do a set of 10 reps of body weight lunges and squats (i.e. performing the exercise without any bars or weights). I'll then do a set of 10 or 12 reps of leg curls with low weight to get the hams warmed up.

Me too. I start w/ 2x20 and then hit squats or deads

No one gives a sh*t if you see the glass half full or half empty. Its how you fill the glass back up that matters.
get on treadmill or bike or something for about 2-3 mins low intensity
then stretch out quads/hams/calves for about 15-20 seconds each
then hit the leg extensions machine semi-heavy weight for a set of 20, then a light set of squats just mostly for using that squat range of motion, then go at it hard
this is not complicated. To warm up, all that is really needed is 3-5 sets of your first compound exercise with progressively heavy weight. Just make sure you do not go to failure or even near failure, as you don't want to tire yourself out for the working sets.

bingo!!!!! lighter sets of the first movement till you are nice and warm, to get into the heavy stuff....I find like this, I actually handle the heavier weight later on much better! I go as far as three light weight high reps sets before the main course!
5-8 min either on recumbent bike or concept II rowing machine. Then do dynamic stretching:
Watching other women squat also helps the warmup.
