yep, at first i didnt like her, but shes really cool.
ok guys, sorry for no updates, i hate updating the log with bad news. i wanted to take some time off the gym/dieting (i still trained everything at least once a week, but i wasnt in the gym 6-7 days a week like normal) i got a lot stronger, but i also gained a lot of weight/fat.
i put about 2" on my waist in the last 2 weeks, but also went from 275x7 shoulder press (at my weakest) to something like 275x20 shoulder press (same form) so i cant complain too much.
but anyway now im back on a diet, but much more moderate, il be cutting a few inches off my waist while eating 600 carbs a day, very low fat, moderate protein. il also be slowly peaking my lifts durring this time, hoping to perhaps get stronger than ever on some things.
recent best lifts
255x23 shoulder press (youtube)
135+x13 dip @ 260+ gym weight (didnt lockout)
455x20 cheating yates row
45+lbs x 9 pullup @ 260+lbs gym weight
275x10 snatch high pulls (video on youtube calls them strict upright rows for lols)
im pretty confident i can improve all around on these numbers while dropping a little bit of fat.
iam going to try and get big again, for coming weeks il be peaking my strength on a high carb diet while trying to drop a little bit of chub, and then once my strength has peaked and im happier with my current bf % il get back on the hormonal stuff and try and move some dangerous ****

Not really bad news bro
X2 on the 800 DL. You better attempt something like that when you get back on the tech. Remember your 695x10 put you at like 900 lbs on the 1rm calc, so 800 is well within your reach. Might have to go for 820 to one up on Hickson(he got 815).
Also you know how I feel about low fat, but I'll shut my mouth because you know what works for you.
