For Halloween you should seriously find some artist that's good with bodypaint and have him draw a damn cobra face on your back lol.... would be epic.
I need to start doing laterals a lot more.... they REALLY make you look wider and make your waist look smaller.

Couldn't agree more with you bro. Getting a strong ass shoulder press then some nice DB laterals will give you good delts.
Of course there are more things that help, that is def the bread and butter.

If I were you I might look into investing in a weighted vest Slayer.... I bought one a few years back that comes in 2 pieces. The main part is 75lbs and the 2nd part adds another 50 I believe. You strap THAT on you and go for your walks and I guaran-damn-tee you'll feel it lol... and you could also use it for pull-ups and dips without fugging around with a belt and plates.

You'd be surprised, I think I told you about the Bodybugg that I wear (calculates how many calories you burn based on heat/motion and info you input) and my lifting is usually 4.5 to 5.5 TOPS, whereas my walking around consecutively (not brisk, just a regular walk) rarely falls below 6 and is usually around 6.2 cals burned per minute.

preped my garage to bench, set up a chair with fans/air conditioners for between sets (staying cool makes me stronger) laid out my strongest clothes (no homo, but some clothes make me feel stronger) and charged my mp3 player, got my elbow sleeves/wrist wraps/chalk/stickum/belt ready.
gonna wake up and take a shot of watter with red pepper powder in it (wakes me up and improves circulation) then take a cold shower, get dressed, take like 4tbs of honey to spike my insulin, and then drink a shake with the following ingredients:
85 grams whey
5 grams creatine
5-10 grams glutamine
10 grams bcaa's
1 scoop jacked
3 scoops glycergrow
some instant coffee
chronium/cinnamon...
and then im gonna start training upper body as soon as i get done eating that stuff. and as soon as i get done training, im gonna start working on 700 grams of carbs from rice
GET BIG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
