What exactly is the deal with the cell tech/supplement/whatever you're taking? I'm honestly not trolling, I know next to nothing about supplements.

whole wheat bread, rice, potatoes, banana's, milk
im starting to think a carb is a carb, that the only real difference is the rate that its digested and gets into your blood stream, and that fructose/dextrose is kind of splitting hairs. so really any carbs would work, if i were you i would just try to choose sources that give you even energy instead of a big boost and then low blood sugar in a hour
im just taking stimulants to help burn fat

Hey BS,
I just tried to PM you but your inbox is full.
I took the outline of your deadlift peaking program and made up an excel calculator with it. I made only a slight change and used percentages to calculate all the #'s.
Do you have an email that I could send it to? I was hoping you would look it over and give me some feedback on it. Plus, its yours anyway I just made a slight change, haha.
I think it turned out pretty well using the percentages etc....
Or I could just copy paste it in a post using my own #'s, so you can see it.Excellence is the result of Caring more than others think is Wise; Risking more than others think is Safe. Dreaming more than others think is Practical and Expecting more than others think is Possible.

i didnt get the email for some reason, or i didnt see it if i did get it
i probably will, but it will be hard to live up to the last one, people really seemed to like that
mowed my lawn in a fasted state this morning, just did some more cardio, getting all my protein from whey, and all my carbs from honey, (eating foods that dont bloat me) i hope to ****ing god i can get that 40" waist tomorrow, because today when i woke up i felt a bit bloated and so couldnt get it to 40"
took a fat burner that i got as a sample,been taking yohimbe/green tea/clen/caffeine, and cinnamon/chromium
gonna probably do more cardio later, and im gonna do stomach vacuums here in a few minutes.
fingers crossed, last time i had my waist at 40" i was 15 years old, and i was slightly cheating, where as this time il be blowing my belly out as big as i can get it.
****ing. fingers. crossed.

Just checking in to say the deficit deads you awared me on have paid off.
Got a massive PR today and repped out 405 for 2 sets of 5. Could have gotten at least 2 more on the first set. This was only after about 4-5 sessions of 5" deficits with a 3x3 scheme, then a lighter weight conventional rep out.
I also did this with a sore lower back from a previous sqauts session. Thanks brah.Journal: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=139898123&page=240

You are probably right, but my reasoning for making the 10% jump (480-540) is because you drop the squats and are fresh for the 540, then the next week is a 5% jump to 570(last week of deficits, before the 600). Basing off my numbers, I think I would be able to hit a few reps with a 540 deficit, then 1 or 2 with 570... then the next two weeks is regular deads from the floor. Hopefully 3 or so with 600, then the last week pull 650.
(I assume from what you said about 480-540-600 you didnt notice the 570 in there)
Anyway, it's just me screwing around with %'s to make an excel spreadsheet, and wondering if it works with other peoples #'s whether they are higher or lower than mine.Excellence is the result of Caring more than others think is Wise; Risking more than others think is Safe. lol, i arch my lower back and lean backwards a bit, and just kinda push my belly out.
i could get my waist measurement bigger if i leaned forwards and stuff.
thanks man, and yeah it feels pretty good to finally be under 40"
but now that im getting used to seeing my self like this, the feeling of accomplishment and "wonder" is slowly going away lol.
hopefully when i get leaner/bigger, il be happy with how im looking.
i mean im happy, but just seem to be far from satisfied, even for the moment.
it will probably work, im never 100% sure of any program to be honest, because then i feel like im letting people down by telling them to do something and promising them results. because.. you never know, even smart/hard training doesnt pay off sometimes.
the thing about the 60lb jumps after taking away the exercise that you do before deficits, is it may be too big of a jump. i like that program because it allows you to train with weights that will make you stronger, for a long period of time, before the weight gets so heavy that you get burned out. so ideally you would stretch the peaking out as long as you possibly could, while still using weights that you can gain strength/size from of course
in the past the only way to add another 30lbs to the bar at that point, was to cut out the exercise that i did before hand, so adding 60 might be too much, and may speed up the program a little too much, giving you less time to get bigger/stronger.
but thats really dependant on how you feel, how light the weights are to you at the time, etc.
id say ideally for a 600lb deadlift, youd make 30lbs jumps from something like 365 on deficit deadlifts. for a 500lb deadlift or less, something like 15-30lb jumps depending on how heavy the weight is.
^ but thats just what id say, its different for everyone im sure. smaller jumps might mean less progress, because you could end up training too close to ur max for too long of a time. etc
il measure it like that tomorrow morning too, to see the difference
cool

taking the day off training, eating a lot of clean carbs, low fat/protein
gonna do cardio 3-4x today (walking) and im gonna do stomach vacuums in a bit.
already did 2 sessions of cardio today.
^ to who ever asked me if stomach vacuums have been helping, im not sure, but it sure seems like they are helping. my stomach seems to hold its self in on its own, kind of

You're probably right.... I could just take out that last week of the same weight but 2 sets of it, and just make 30 lb jumps instead of that one 60 lb jump. The first 4 weeks or so is plenty with doing the same weight 2 weeks in a row but 2 sets on the following week.
I'll make that change, and you don't mind if I post it do you? I'm going to run it myself and would probably post it in my journal. I have a feeling other people would like to try it since it is inspired by you.Excellence is the result of Caring more than others think is Wise; Risking more than others think is Safe. amazing
its ok to feel emotional you have put in years of hard work, you train harder and have sacrificed more then a majority of people on this site-all of which are fairly dedicated to lifting as well- while taking lots of verbal abuse for years from many posters in the teen section.
The results of your hard work are really showing now and you truly have achieved exceptional results that most of the population of those who do train will never reach.updated 2011

thanks man, hopefully the progress wont stop, or will even pick up speed now that im on m-drol, and i can finally get lean
i just hope loose skin doesnt **** things up

Are you in the process of cutting for a comp or what?

im honestly starting to think that the more low intensity cardio you do, the better
like you can literally walk off lbs of fat, and so now im doing cardio 2-4x a day, just going for a walk for like 20-45 minutes
sometimes i do none if im not super motivated to drop fat as fast as possible, usually 1-2 up until recently
