Nah not a recent one unfortunately. I feel i look best from the side cos I have a lot of thickness but not a lot of width.

Arm/ shoulder back, chest out. Don't be afraid to twist your upper body a bit, just keep hips purpendicular to the camera to make them seem thinner.
