A good pre-workout?
what's a good pre-workout supplement (caffiene free) ? And thats worth the money?

I like Superpump250, pretty much just look for supps that have NO2 they will say preworkout, another one is NO2 shotgun, and there is one from MRI called Black Powder, I have tried Black Powder and Superpump250 I like superpump better. Its your choice some people say its a waste of money, but I on the other hand love preworkout supps espicially during the summer after a nine hour work day.
Edit:Most NO2s have a lot of caffiene and it will be hard finding one without some in it
Edit Edit: Dymatize Xpand has no caffiene in it

every preworkout supplement on the market has caffeine in it, what the **** do you think gives you energy? the poorly researched chemicals to increase nitric oxide lololol

1 scoop whey
1 cup yams
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tsp almond butter
U got your protein, your carbs, and your fats to last you through your workout.
