Question A good Cutting Diet???? Please Help!

I am looking for a good cutting diet. I want to shed about 10-15 pounds before christmas this year! ( seeing my ex and want to look amazing!) I am 169lb, 5'6, 23 years old. I lift 6 days a week ( chest/triceps, shoulders/legs, back/biceps) and run afterward 30-45 minutes around 5.7-6.0mph on a treadmill.

I know a little about nutrion and have been a basic good diet for a while but how many grams of Protein, Carbs and Fat should I have? Right now I am doing 1600-1800 cal, 150 protein, 130 carbs, 20-30 fat and that is in 6 meals/day. I feel the carbs are a little high for cutting. Am I wrong? I dont really understand the difference between a regular bodybuilding diet and a cutting diet?

    Any help would be great!!!!

5 grams Glutamine ( pre, post and before bedtime) and 5 grams BCAA post workout

    Pre-work out ( 4am)
    3 egg whites
    1/2 cup oatmeal

    Post work out ( 7am)
    Protein Shake (100% whey)
5grams Glutamine in 8oz of G2 Orange Gatorade
    Snack ( 10am)
    Protein Shake ( 100% Whey)
    2 (12 grain) Crackers with 2tb PB

    Lunch ( 1:30pm)
    6 oz. lean chicken breast
    1/4 cup Brown rice
    1 carrot

    Snack (4pm)
½ Supreme Carb Conscious Protein Bar
    Broccoli ( 1 stalk)

    Dinner
    5 oz. chicken
Spinach Salad ( 1 cup spinach, 2 egg whites, 1 carrot, 2tb fat free ranch)

    Any advice would be appreciated!

    Pre-work out ( 4am) ( good)
3 egg whites ( could add one full egg here)
    1/2 cup oatmeal

Post work out ( 7am) For this meal I would have 1/2 cup oatmeal and 25 grams of protein powder added in to my oatmeal. yum!)
    Protein Shake (100% whey)
5grams Glutamine in 8oz of G2 Orange Gatorade (take the gatorade out)

    Snack ( 10am)
    Protein Shake ( 100% Whey)
2 (12 grain) Crackers with 2tb ( I would take out the crackers. just have pb added to shake)

    Lunch ( 1:30pm)
    6 oz. lean chicken breast
1/4 cup Brown rice ( I would eat 1/2 cup brown rice after cooked)
    1 carrot

    Snack (4pm)
? Supreme Carb Conscious Protein Bar ( I would take the bar out and put maybe a can of tuna)
    Broccoli ( 1 stalk)

    Dinner
    5 oz. chicken
Spinach Salad ( 1 cup spinach, 2 egg whites, 1 carrot, 2tb fat free ranch) ( I would take out the ffranch and just put red wine vinager on my salad or lemon)

    Any advice would be appreciated!

What are your total macros for the day? It doesn't seem like enough food. Also, you are going too hard- lift 3 days, rest a day, lift 3 days, rest a day. You have to rest or you will never make progress- you will be too tired. Also, there is no need to run Right after lifting. If you are lifting heavy you should be able to get away with cardio 2-3 times a week. Or just throw in 2 HITTS a week. Thats what I did and it worked nicely. Just do it the day before your rest day because, done properly, you will be too soar to work out the next day. But go to a calorie count website and put in everything you eat then post it.

Is that enough food? For me personally, I would lose some of the carbs but that is me thinking KETO...lol I would eat a lot more meat, and lose some od the starch.
    Me :)

    35 fat
    180 protein

Is that not enough protein and too many carbs?? P.S. Your upper body looks awsome! What kind of diet were you on to get the defintion you have?????
