i think the JB in that case was me JagBoy lol
And Thanks FT and FF. This gives me more of a general idea of how to program this
I think as long i use my old routine as a skeleton then add in the opposite squat variant on a successive session i should be good, and keep the percentages at 70-80%. Ill see what i can come up with

Clean + Clean and Jerk -- 6 sets @ 93/205. Really focused on driving myself under the bar in the jerk here, think I'm doing a better job.
Squat -- Went 3x129/285, 3x134/295, 3x138/305, 3x143/315, 3x147/325, 1x152/335 (tied PR), 1x156/345 (new PR), 1x159/350 (new PR). Not the prettiest PR but I'll take it.
Also I've added 36 kg/80 lb to my HBBS 1RM since February while dropping bodyweight which I'm proud of.

Haha seriously, I've said it before but the only time I ever wished I wasn't tall was when I first tried weightlifting.
I started ****ing around with snatches and jerks in like February or so, had no clue what I was doing (still don't really) and just kind of wallowed for a few months until my baseball season began in the summer when I stopped lifting completely. Seriously focusing on lifting? I'd say ~4 months. I did have some experience cleaning though as I had first learned how to power clean in 8th grade while training with Mike Boyle (one of the best sports-specific strength and conditioning coaches on the planet) so figuring out how to clean properly wasn't as difficult. Still struggling big time with the snatch and jerk though, but progressively getting better.

You know what's funny? He's wearing Calvin Klein briefs. I have these and they're e most comfortable undies I've ever had in my life srs.
But....I'm surprised he doesn't wear like Nike compression tights or something under. Also wonder how he stays so lean. A lot of it must be how his body reacts to the drugs.Snatch: 122

people wear more layers under singlets/compression shorts? dafuq?
on that note....they went back down to $42 like i thought ! shant miss out this time!
about the leanness, many chinese people are genetically lean/have a fast metabolism. i am one of these people and its a love/hate relationship. its awesome to never have to worry about BF because i can naturally stay at ~12%. what sucks is gaining weight though lol i know how much i have to eat to gain because i was able to in hk but its hard to do that back in canada due to food costs/convenience..........(july 23, 2010)

mines like that too, its just kept bashing the left one and it swells up. when it swells up it keeps getting it, its a vicious cycle and to balance it out the end of my right clavicle (the shoulder joint part) is swollen too.

its pretty unbelievable when you think about the fact that the human body can hold almost 400+ lbs like that in a snatch grip position.
I love how this do you even lift thing is catching on to weightlifters, because i feel like of all groups of people (bodybuilders, other athletes etc) the irony is the strongest for us and powerlifters lol.
its ridiculous. my coach has the purple ones. the clear part on the heel is suppose to be more purple than it actually is. It's more gray. Honestly they could have just not even said anything and sold them for full price. Mind blown how they just decided to kick it back 50%Snatch: 122
